  • Contracts Capabilities: prepare cost proposals and negotiate BAFO, prepare GSA reports, filings and documentation, review Subcontracts, Mentor Protégé agreements, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements.

  • Compliance Capabilities: ensure compliance with DCAA regulations;  prepare forward pricing, incurred cost submissions, disclosure statements; liaise between the organization and DCAA and DCMA, close the incurred cost submission, FAR and CAS related audits.

  • Cost Proposals: works with clients to reduce technical, process, and business uncertainty so that proposals offering new approaches and/or aggressive prices are realistic, risk-mitigated options.

  • Management Capabilities: Accounting team recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, supervision, coordination, and retention during mergers, acquisitions, re-organizations and management changes.  Managed up to 38 staff.

  • Merger and Acquisition: structural and financial evaluation for both sides of the transaction including: accounts receivables, accounts payables, prepaid and other current assets, officer and employee benefit plans, marketable securities and investments, company contracts and commitments, leases and numerous other schedules.

  • Software Implementation: DELTEK GCS Premier, DELTEK Costpoint, PROCAS, Oracle Financials, QuickBooks, Unanet.
